Biography
Olivia Ujlaki is a strategic communicator with a passion for helping companies engage with their audience through social media and SEO.
Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism in December 2020, Ujlaki received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism with minors in marketing and media along with two certificates: one in social media and the other in consumer research.
On campus, Ujlaki was an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), 1804 Communication, the school's student-run PR firm, and the Center for Consumer Research and Analytics. In these roles, she conducted market research for Culver's restaurants, wrote blog posts on career development, and participated in workshops on industry topics such as crisis communications.

Previously, Ujlaki served as the Marketing and Operations Coordinator for Cleveland Research Company (CRC). In this position, she planned virtual events and webinars, composed email drip campaigns, and managed the company's social media accounts. She oversaw the implementation of the BrightEdge SEO software, and regular data hygiene projects in the Salesforce system.
Ujlaki graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Arts in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics from Emerson College in May 2022. Through this program, she developed skills in customer segmentation, psychographics, predictive/web analytics, data mining, storytelling, and branding.

Most days, you will find Ujlaki eating too many wintergreen lifesavers and scanning social media for news and trends. In the future, she hopes to work for the Walt Disney Company, combining her strategic communication skills with her love of the Disney theme parks and resorts.
